The vision of ARI, at both the national and local levels, is for member-driven redevelopment initiatives to have the highest economic, environmental and societal values. ARI's Chapter strategy is redevelopment through public-private collaboration & partnerships.

At the national level, the Association is comprised of seasoned professionals who share the same vision.  Local Chapters share this vision and have the added benefit of local knowledge and resources.

Local Chapters of the Association promote the redevelopment of blighted and underutilized properties through collaborative and accountable market-driven solutions.  Specifically, local Chapters provide tools, training and support, with one end in mind - to do more business, better.

ARI currently has active Chapters in Illinois and Michigan, and is in the process of opening Chapters in several other states.
